In the past two years, Modern Educational Technology Center has invested about 7,000,000Yuan in purchasing equipments, and its fixed assets now reach 10,000,000 Yuan. The center has as its subsidiaries four major departments: Office, the Department of Network Administration and resources Construction, the Department of TV Production, and the Department of Educational Technology Training. The center also possesses various labs, including Network Administration Room, Server Room, Converter Room, UPS Room, TV Broadcasting Studio, TV Program Editing Studio, TV Broadcasting Control Studio, Microteaching Lab, DVD & VCD Production Room. The center is now mainly responsible for the construction and Administration of the school Education TV Station, the planning, construction, administration and maintenance of the school network construction of the campus new and old. The center is also responsible for the overall planning, theoretical research, technical development, consultation & guidance, program administration, and training of the school modern educational technology

Up to now, Modern Educational Technology Center has taken up a variety of researches assigned by the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education. The center also heads the Higher Education Technology Research Association of Fujian Province and is the headquarter of the secretariat body.

Under the direct leadership of the school, Modern Educational Technology Center will work closely with its staff, and devote whole-heartedly to providing the school with first-class modern facilities and self-contained modern educational technology for teaching and researches in the joint effort to create an advanced digital learning environment.
